This course is designed to give scuba divers or advanced scuba divers the opportunity to improve their skills, knowledge and equipment configuration, thereby increasing efficiency and safety. It is designed as a bridge from the recreational diver program to the introduction to the rigors and discipline of technical diving.

The course may be used as a preparatory course for divers considering a technical diver training, and/or for divers interested in streamlining their equipment configuration. It includes an overview of dive planning, physics and physiology, decompression and decompression associated with technical diving.

This is the first step to a whole new world of technical diving!
